Bangkok Thailand - Inauguration of Wire and Tube Southeast ASIA 2007 a tremendous success
The inauguration of the concurrently held Wire and Tube Southeast ASIA 2007 lived up to its objective of functioning as the region’s platform for the wire, cable, tube and pipe industries. The trade fairs attracted 7,038 trade visitors from more than 60 countries. 33 percent of the visitors came from overseas with a good significant number from China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea and the Middle East. 381 exhibiting companies from 30 countries including national and group pavilions from Austria, China, France, Germany, Italy, Taiwan, United Kingdom and USA occupied a gross space of 15,000 sqm. Visiting delegations from India, Vietnam and Malaysia added a further international hue to both the trade fairs. The trade fairs were opened by Khun Chakramon Phasukavanich, Permanent Secretary of Thailand’s Ministry of Industry on 16 October 2007. The show received an extremely positive feedback from both exhibitors and visitors

Bangkok Thailand - October 5 wire Southeast ASIA / Tube Southeast ASIA 2007 shapes up to be a spectacular event
The inaugural wire Southeast ASIA / Tube Southeast ASIA 2007 show will debut in Bangkok, Thailand in two weeks time with an anticipated 400 exhibiting companies from 30 countries in attendance. The event is the largest wire and tube trade fair in Asia outside China dedicated to wire, cable, spring making, fastener technology, tube and pipe. Visitors can fully expect to be able to sample a range of leading-edge products, solutions and technologies from the global array of exhibitors. Many exhibits at the internationally supported event will be on display for the first time even in the Southeast Asian region.

Teijin Twaron will promote its para-aramid fibers Twaron® and Technora® for protection of optical fibers in optical fiber cables (OFC). Twaron para-aramid fiber is used worldwide for reinforcement of all kinds of cables to protect the optical fiber against mechanical forces, chemical attacks and even water, in case you use the waterblocking version. The Technora para-aramid fiber is known for its high strength and differing color in the ripcord market which facilitates easy stripping of the outer jacket of an OFC in order to gain access to the inside of the cable.

Clifford and Ideal will exhibit their technology for the manufacture of welded wire mesh. Clifford’s range of mesh welding machines includes a wide range of machines for the manufacture of reinforcing meshes, precision meshes from coil and quick change welding machines. for picture use this link Ideal offer a complete range of precision precut mesh welders, quick change precut welding lines and specialised production cells for products such as fencing and point of sale display equipment.
