Donnelly Industries/Kinrei of America announces that it has purchased certain assets of Watson Machinery International, Inc.

The assets include the intellectual property, all technical information, and original drawings of the following companies:

Watson Machinery International, Inc.;

Wire Machinery Corporation of America, Inc.;

The Edmands Company;

The New England Butt Company;

Peachtree Fiber Optics.

A new division has been set up at Donnelly Industries, Inc., in conjunction with the Kinrei of America Div., to service and support all existing users of this equipment. The new division is called Watson Parts and Service Company and is located in Orange, NJ.

We understand over the past 18 months that it has been very difficult to obtain information, spare parts and service from the above listed companies. However, we will make every effort to correct this situation by redoubling our efforts to make every machine user aware of where they can now obtain reasonably priced OEM parts. In addition, the emphasis will be on providing quick delivery.

We are proud to say that the staff at Watson Parts and Service has a combined 185 years of knowledge and experience working with Watson products. This means our customers can be confident they are receiving a high level of service and high quality OEM parts.

Watson Machinery, plus the companies listed above, had the largest installed base of wire stranding and cabling machinery in the USA. Our new company, Watson Parts and Service, will be committed to improving the service that has been provided in the past and our goal will be to minimize downtime for all our customers.
