Wire - round, flat, semi-hollow, square, rectangular, lock wire,
voice coil or custom-shaped; in aluminum alloys or pure aluminum.
Anodized with an inorganic oxide finish. Enamel finished with polyurethane
/ nylon, butyral, soderable polyester, polyesterimide or polyamide.
Copper-clad or insulation-coated with nylon, Teflon, Scotchcast,
Kynar or PVC.
Aluminum Strip and Ribbon Conductors - with aluminum oxide film
insulation; clear or in all colors. To NEMA, Federal and MILITARY
SPECS for applications in outer space, oceanography, cryogenics,
medicine, aircraft, computer commercial and military applications.
Anodic inorganic insulation is impervious to environmental influences
- whether radiation, gamma, proton, or ultraviolet rays; and is
resistant to thermal or cryogenic shock, vibration, corona, fungus,
toxic, fatigue and other forms of physical degradation.
