IntroductionThank-you for participating in 50th IWCS Symposium. This page will acquaint you with the new submission process and expedite preparation and publication of the printed and CD-ROM versions of the proceedings for the conference.

Submission DeadlineAll papers for the conference must be submitted in an electronic format which conforms to IWCS specifications and must be received no later than August 21, 2001.

Preparation of CopyArticles are limited to 10 pages for technical papers and 5 pages for poster papers. The template for the Symposium’s Proceedings is presented in Word and can be downloaded HERE.Download the template and follow the contained instructions within the text of the template. Papers should be produced using the template and submitted electronically via email at: typedept@fast.net. Use the name of the conference in the subject line when submitting your material. Submissions that do not conform to the IWCS standards and formats will be returned to the author for corrections and/or alterations. Please name your document with the session and sequence number of your presentation (example Session 4, Paper 3, your document should be named 04_03.doc). ***NOTE: Since your paper has not been assigned to a session as of this date, your submission document's name will be emailed to you by Pat Hudak in July.**** |
Copyright Release FormIWCS requires your original signature on a hardcopy of the copyright release form. The form was part of the original package that was sent to you in May. The form with the lead author’s original signature and a printed hardcopy of your paper must be mailed by August 21, 2001 to:
