The Lubricant
Recovery Machine technology was developed by Envirotec
Consultancy Ltd. in Auckland, New Zealand. This enables wire
drawing companies using dry lubricants to recover good lubricant
from their contaminated die box waste - once considered total
waste but now defined as discard. This discard
is processed to recover the unused lubricant.
Companies that use recovered
unused lubricant have experienced
virtually the same operating
characteristics as with new lubricant.
(see
testimonials)
Reduction in lubricant purchases, waste disposal costs and production benefits
such as increased drawing speeds and product quality provide significant potential
to company profits.
