When collecting the information for our database we relied on printed address registers, magazine advertisements, supplier association membership lists as well as the electronic yellow pages.
Every effort was made to check and update the listings.
Every listed company was contacted using the fax numbers they were listed under in our source and any errors were
corrected before they were entered into our database.

Since then our database has been corrected several times.

The type of changes we have encountered are for example that several numbers in the 404 area code were changed to 770.
Some numbers in the 615 area code were given the new prefix 423 and most people in the 416 area code were assigned
area code 905.
These changes are not limited to the continental USA but is a world wide phenomena. For example to all UK area codes the
digit one was added in front of the previous area code.

With the very high traffic we now enjoy (hundreds of daily users) it should be in every suppliers interest to keep his own listing accurate.   Unfortunately companies merge, move to other locations, downsize and sometimes close.

When you come across a phone or fax number that does not work we would appreciate if you would let us know so that the listing could be corrected or removed whatever the case may be.

We also know that some companies may have discontinued product lines or closed divisions in which case they may be listed as a supplier of a product they no longer offer. Should you find this we would appreciate if you could let us know so that we can correct any errors.
