The only dry lubricant recovery machine available worldwide is manufactured by Envirotec Manufacturing Ltd and marketed by Envirotec Americas Inc.. The Dry Lubricant Recover Machine processes the waste collected from the die boxes, which is normally disposed of, and by using patented magnetic separation techniques contaminants are removed leaving the unused lubricant available for re-use. Dusty or small particles in the recovered product are able to be separated out and re-granulated This ensures that the desired particle distribution is attained - according to operator preference. The amount of granulation can be varied to achieve the desired operational characteristics. Neither chemicals, heat nor water are utilised in the process.
