For over 60 years, Ace Metal Inc. has been manufacturing metal spools. Our product line ranges from 6” flange diameter to 12-3/4” flange diameter. These spools are used by companies drawing both ferrous and non-ferrous wire.

They can be manufactured as a light weight non-returnable spool or heavy duty spool with the ability to have multiple trips. These spools are able to be annealed in our customer’s furnaces which helps them to eliminate one or two steps in there operating procedure. We are as involved in tire cord reels (B-40, B60, & B-80) as well as reels for the fiber optic industry.

New for Ace Metal is our ability to provide a special powder coating that will with stand high temperatures when in the annealer. Thus preventing oxidation and rusting.
