Die Quip will be displaying our updated DS/2 Die Saver that features a NSK electric grinding spindle and automatic shut off. The Die Saver is the perfect multipurpose machine for maintaining and reworking wire dies because of its easy to use two mode grinding and polishing systems. Our Die Saver outshines the competition with its more powerful electric grinding spindle, precision angle setting system and heavy duty construction.

If you use the Paraloc™ or other tapered die inserts the DS/2 is perfectly suited using our new taper die holders that will allow you to remove wear, make a custom diameter or change the internal geometry to quickly react to your customers needs. The tapered die holders can be used on any of Die Quip's die finishing equipment to extend the investment in your die inserts and make immediate changes to standard stock inserts without ordering and waiting for new die inserts.

Die Quip will also be demonstrating our high quality line of tools for the wire drawing operator which includes Knipex pliers and hand tools, Krenn manual and powered bolt cutters, Collar brand files and Mitutoyo micrometers. These brands of tools are designed to withstand the tough environment of the wire drawing mill that allows them to last longer and reduce operating expenses.

Finally, Die Quip will have our new line of measuring products that includes microscopes, comparitors, vision systems, tensile testers and other quality control products to meet all wire drawing needs.
